Wall Street Socialism and Henry Paulson
Today, I want to talk about financial markets, interesting staff, and quite good idea flush in my eyes. First let me see what others say.
Even though it comes from another planet far, far away, (that's kidding) and even tough it is different, strange and a little freaky, they deserve respect and understanding just like all of articles on Internet, because it is totally amazing new idea of financial markets.

Whatever their reactions, the aim of revitalizing financial markets don't confuse focus with simplicity. It looks simple on the surface, yet underneath.
We have talked often on this Blog about federal intervention into the corporate governance process, something resulting from the lack of standards imposed under Delaware law. Say on Pay is an example, as were numerous provisions in SOX. Henry Paulson, however, has show how far this movement has progressed.
